Our Main Objects
The principal objects for which the Company is established include the following:
To import, export and otherwise deal in all kinds of electronic, engineering, computer, electrical, chemical and scientific appliances, equipment, accessories, components and related spares.
To import, export and otherwise deal in all kinds of industrial, engineering, chemical, electronic and consumer products and goods — whether raw materials, intermediate products or finished goods.
To engage in the business of purchase, sale and trading in all kinds of industrial, engineering, chemical, electronic, consumer and home products.
To carry on the business of distribution, supply and sale of all types of goods on a distributorship, dealership and agency (commission) basis, on wholesale as well as retail basis.
To act as an export house and to carry on the business of exporters and importers of all permissible articles and commodities through various channels, agencies and export houses.
To engage in the business of import, export, trading and holding agencies in machinery, apparatus, equipment, parts, spares, components, instruments, tools, raw materials and finished products used across industries — including electronics, engineering, computer, chemical, textile, rubber, plastic, agriculture, food processing, defence, automobile, electrical, thermal, solar and shipping.
